This really sucks been on the phone for thirty minutes to settle my issue and all I get is the run around one recording after another I got one question that a live person could answer in about one minute this is your idea of customer service I don't think so my I would be better off if I just pay what I owe and find another provider

will be calling direct tv tomorrow! We have lost channels and keep losing more. And lose signal all the time! Not just during severe weather but on clear days! Our bill keeps going up and service gets worse. Think we would do as well with an old time antenna. Hope you can resolve issues at some point.

Worst customer service ever. The customers shouldn't pay the price for dish network negotiations. Just utterly ridiculous. They should be waiving people's cancellation fee. I will never recommend dish network to anyone

I pay for services and channels so Dish needs to resolve the issue with St Louis KPLR and KTVI and put the programs back on the air. Is this a class action?

Sad. After 10 years with dish (never a late payment) I phoned about a move to a new house and had ask to continue the special 20 a month off I had been getting...rep told me to go to Directtv she couldn't help me. So I did.

I have been Dish Network customer over 10 years and were very happy with that system. Now I got new Hopper system installed on May 31st, 2016. This system doesn't work. You have been very nice to send the tech almost twice a week. Every technician who came had worked very hard to make it work. Unfortunately it goes back to dizzy, snowy picture and frozen channels within couple of hours. I am now convinced that it's not going to work for me. So I am requesting my old system back. So I can peacefully watch TV without getting annoyed. Please help ASAP. Thanks.
