Cancelled order! Mailed it anyhow! Refused delivery! Ring returned! Refused to refund money! Why? Just because they refuse to communicate with my credit card company!

In 2015 I was collecting the Lest We Forget collection of WW1 coins / medallions re: battles of WW1. After coin number 4 there was a long period without the next coin (No5: Battle of Jutland) and free presentation box. I rang the company to enquire and told that there was a problem with supply at moment but would be issued as soon as available. Happy with the explanation I waited, and waited and waited. Another phone call and the same information given. 2015 became 2016 and now almost a year since the first coin received I amde yet another phone call. Still told of the problem as before, BUT NOW noticed both my wife and I had accounts, asked why we didnt combine accounts as we both had rights on each others account, so pretty pointless. I agreed and so my wives account (the oldest account) continued. My collection confirmed as on her account and awaiting coin no.5 and thanked for my pateince.
Fast forward to August 2016 still waiting for the coin. Rang again THIS TIME told there was no notice of the Lest we Forget collection on the account. After recopunting the whole story, told the agent would restart the collection for me from coin 5 (with box) and to allow 28 days for delivery. Rang again in October, told there was a problem with the collection but should be available soon. Nothing happened so in December 2016 rang again, recounted the whole story, explained my annoyance and in responce the agent took my details, said was adding the collection to my wives account, there was ONE coin no5 in stock but confident that that coin would have my name on it. After lots of tapping (supposedly on the keyboard) said "there, thats gone through and your collection has been restarted from coin no5 which will be delivered by express post and would be with me in 3 days along with the box"
Now almost a month later, no coin, no box NOTHING!
Today I spoke to customer service and after being hung up on, spoke to anopther girl and told there was no collection on the account. Recounting the DEcember conversation, told I could not put collection on my wives account. I asked why I had been misled (again) cant comment on that.
Asking to return the first four coins of the collection (no use without other 14 in collection) told not possible as past their approval period.
My thoughts of Bradford Exchange - bunch of liars, and not to be trusted.

Waited for46 minutes for a rep on phone. Branford Exchange is literally ripping my mother off..sending things she didn't order, then, turns her over to collection agency. Horrible customer servic e. Actually, mom existent customer service!!! I guess the only way to make money is to try to prey on little old ladies who don't have a computer. Disgusting, reprehensible tactics!!!

I purchased a Trinity Opal ring in November 2015. After many send backs Bc the ring was poking me I finally began to wear the ring. Now 6-7 months later the opal has fallen out. I called to get it replaced and they told me I was out of luck. I really like the style and look of the ring however the quality is very very poor as well is their customer service.

I ordered nothing and got a FREE box supposedly with a coin, no coin. Returned the FREE box and informed no coin. And now collection service after me to return the FREE box. I too would never deal with them again

I will never order from you again my grand daughters graduation is June 3rd and I ordered these in February 2016 and my checks cleared in 3-22-2016 and I wanted them here by then and you are telling me they will not ship until June 11th that is not acceptable you should let people know about you very delayed shipping I am very I satisfied

Very disappointed they promised a necklace that was for a 70th gift it never arrived was unable to track it no one knows where it is and we were not able to give it as a birthday present extremely disappointed
