I have been a customer for 10+ years, and I have used it only twice. The second time, which was yesterday, was the worst experience that I have have had. I was on chat, and the rep told me that a response could take from 3 to 24 hours. I cannot sanction that amount of time. Once upon a time, responses were immediate. I have 8 lines with insurance, and, after today, I am going to go to my Verizon store and cancel all of the lines. The other irritation is the price of the replacement changes. My sister replaced her iPhone 6 for $100, and I had to pay $149 for a Samsung Galaxy 6.

None of this makes any sense. I cannot tell you how disappointed I am, and how dissatisfied with the new service. If you have this insurance, CANCEL IT! You can get replacements cheaper on Amazon, at Costco, or at Sams Club. I FEEL SCAMMED, AND I AM VERY UPSET (obviously!)! My insurance premium on the 8 lines has probably paid for 4 or 5 very nice phones. Asurion, you have lost a long-time, dedicated customer, and I doubt that it makes any different to you.

My advice to customers is to CANCEL THEIR SERVICE! You can get better service elsewhere.
